30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with SparkCheck, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all SparkCheck purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
- Email us at simplysorted@myyahoo.com and we'll help you process it.
Free trial
New customers get a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until day 8. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your billing page at no cost.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing page in your SparkCheck account. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
